Bodystep lesson
Body Step

Body Step is an energetic workout it will improve your fitness and coordination. You will also burn a lot of calories! BodyStep is a full-body workout and is suitable for all levels. The lessons are easy to follow for beginners, but are also a challenge for advanced! During this lesson you perform several exercises in a row with small rest periods. BodyStep is a good lesson to lose weight and improve your fat burning!

Yoga lesson
Yoga

Yoga is a class with movements from yoga, pilates and thai chi. The right balance between exercise and relaxation. The exercises make the muscles stronger and more flexible, but still give you a relaxed feeling afterwards. After class you feel calm and relaxed.

Pilates lesson

Pilates is the perfect lesson when you want to lose weight, become stronger and relax at the same time. You can find the ultimate balance between body and mind. The focus during the exercise is concentration on your stability. Our pilates lesson is a low impact class, which means that all exercises are performed at a low pace. Indoor spinning is for anyone who wants to train purposefully and work on a top condition. The lesson is packed with energetic, varied music that challenges you to move quickly. Quick results are possible with this program thanks to the high degree of fat burning. The lesson are for both beginners and advanced students.

Personal Trainer lesson
Personal Trainer

If you have a goal then go for it!! Under the guidance of a personal trainer and a nutrition coach, you will work together on a personal plan to achieve your goals. We will put together a plan for nutritional coaching, strength, interval and circuit training, among other things. The lessons are in small groups of 5, but can also be done individually.
